Who we are

Three SSS, Sheila's Silver Saints On The Move ("we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Lancaster, Texas. This website is sheilasaints.com. Questions about this policy: call 972-217-4572 or email donate@sheilasaints.com.

What we collect

Nothing, unless you give it to us. Reading this website does not require an account and we do not use tracking cookies.

• Forms. When you use the volunteer or contact form we receive the name, phone, email and message you type, plus the date and a hashed (scrambled) version of your internet address that we use only to stop spam. We keep form messages for up to one year.
• Donations. Online gifts are processed by a payment provider (such as Givebutter or PayPal). They collect your payment details under their own privacy policy; we never see your card number. We receive your name, email, gift amount and any note you add so we can send a receipt.
• Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you across other websites. We also count clicks on our Donate, Call and Volunteer buttons without identifying who clicked.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule volunteers, and send donation receipts.
• To thank donors and sponsors and, if you say yes, to tell you about future events.
• To keep the website working and stop spam.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not asked for it.

Who processes it for us

• Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions.
• Cloudflare provides the spam check on forms (Turnstile) and the cookieless visit counts.
• Resend delivers the email notifications when a form is sent.
• Givebutter and PayPal process online donations when you choose to use them.
• Goals and Gambles LLC (Dallas, Texas) builds and maintains this website for us and may see form submissions while doing so.

Your choices

• Ask us what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email and we will do it within 30 days.
• Do not want any email from us? Say so in any message and we will stop.
• Third-party embeds (the donation form) load only after you allow them. See our cookie policy.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Big changes will be noted on the home page.
