A morning of bingo at the DeSoto Senior Center, 204 Lion St. Prizes for the winners, a meal for everyone, and a room full of friends. Hosted with senior living facilities across DeSoto.

A film on the big screen at the Lancaster Senior Life Center, 2400 W Pleasant Run Rd, with lunch and snacks. Our Black History Month showing of The Six Triple Eight filled the room.

Christmas on Ice at the Gaylord Texan
A senior day out at ICE, the walk-through ice sculpture show at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, parkas included. Paid for by the Mother’s Day basket raffle each May.

Meals and prizes
Nobody leaves hungry and nobody leaves empty handed. Gift bags, cake, fruit and a hot plate come with every gathering, thanks to our sponsors.

Rides and transportation
A ride decides who gets to come. We arrange rides to our events as funding allows, and we connect seniors with GoLink, the curb-to-curb service run through the Inland Port TMA.

Basic computer classes
Email, video calls with the grandkids, paying a bill online, and spotting a phone or internet scam. Taught by the Dallas College Lifelong Learning Program, free for our seniors. Dates are being set now.
