Using this site
By using sheilasaints.com you agree to these terms. The site is run by Three SSS, Sheila's Silver Saints On The Move, a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our content
The text, photos and videos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. The people in our photos are seniors, volunteers and guests who agreed to be photographed at our events. You may share links to our pages and post our photos to promote our work. You may not use them to sell something, to imply we endorse you, or in any way that would embarrass the people in them. Ask us first if you are unsure.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally not refundable. If you gave by mistake or entered the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Online gifts are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. Receipts are sent for every gift and include our tax ID.
Events
Our events are free for seniors 60 and over unless a page says otherwise. Seating and rides are limited and are given first come, first served. We may cancel or move an event for weather, illness or a venue problem; we will call everyone who reserved.
Forms and messages
Be truthful in what you send us. Do not use our forms to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful. We may decline to reply to abusive messages.
Links to other sites
We link to partners such as GoLink, the City of Lancaster and our payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
No warranty and limits on liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Three SSS, Sheila's Silver Saints On The Move and the volunteers and contractors who help run this site are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Dallas County, Texas.
